I don't really care about the changes, I like it anyway. what I care is that I heard they will be offering the IS350 in middle east

Each time I go to the dealer for check ups, there is always one who mentions the IS350. and you know that people in UAE are not professional in details, how come those guys care to know about the IS350 lol?

Papaalex. Yes we recieved a $1500.00 discount. The other local Lexus Dealership (which is owned by the same company, Brumos) would not quote until they received the car. We did attempt to get a quote from Savannah, Ga. and Orlando, Fl. dealerships, but same answer. The Salesman offered the discount without twisting his arm. Wife wasn't going to leave without the car anyway.

Anymore pics of the 09'? thinking about selling my 1GS.
Anyone know if the 09 has the same suspension as the 06-08?

I vaguely remember reading something about this before, but what's the difference between the ML system included in the NAV/ML Package and the ML system as a standalone option? ML system alone is $940, whereas NAV/ML Package is $1440 more than NAV option itself.

Is this a typo, or does the NAV/ML Package include extras?

Actually, the Nav/ML is $3,990....

this is the following quote I received:

Base Price 36605
Destination charge 825
Sport Package 3140
Rear Spoiler 346
Nav/ Mark Levinson Package 3990.

MSRP 44,906.

NAV/ML package you gain of course, the Nav screen, and also the backup camera. The ML pack does not. The ML pack without NAV will also not play DVD's.

ML- $940 MSRP, $752 cost, upgrades the stereo system... 14 speakers (all different than the 13 the stock one has with some different locations too) and upgraded amp/dsp

Nav with ML is $1440 more instead of $940 more because they also replace the CD changer with a DVD changer

Hmmm...are you sure? Because Lexus.com shows the following for ML standalone:

"Mark Levinson® 14-speaker 300-watt at less than 0.1% THD, 20–20,000 Hz [8] Premium Surround Sound Audio System [9] with 7.1 architecture and in-dash, single-feed, six-disc DVD/CD auto-changer featuring DVD-audio and DVD-video playback"

which is the exact same phrase, word-for-word, as the ML description for NAV/ML package. I guess they just didn't change it?

Hmmmm maybe the ML package comes with the screen, but no nav? otherwise there would be no way to watch those DVD's if it did not come with the screen.....

It lies.

That's how I got a check for $940 back from Lexus after I received my car in fact. (and why they removed the ML only option from Lexus.com for most of the 08 model year too.... why they put it back up there finally for 09 with the -same- error I don't understand)
