I'm lost. I thought the 09's grey and beige interiors had all black on the upper door trim and a black center armrest. Are we sure that's an '09 pic?

 

Only the black and grey interiors are as you described. You can tell from the center console buttons that that is indeed an '09.

 

Interesting. Usually the grey and beige interiors get the same treatment. This is a first.

 

I can confirm that the tan (ecru) only has the black seat backs not black door inserts and also has a not so pretty golden wood trim. The gray interior looks very sharp now with the black wood and door inserts.

 

Everyone seems to not like the 09, but i just got back from JM Lexus and seen it in person, didnt look to bad as it does on the computer. really considering it. Anyone know if the aftermarket front lips will fit the 09 such as the Lexon or ING?
Also anyone know if the S-techs from the 08 will fit or the DF210s from the 3GS still fit?

I'm with you somewhat, im still contemplating wether to get the 09's too or a discounted 08 250 or even a 350 especially that someone here is saying that HIDs are not yet standard on the 09's

 

any updates on the 09 IS 350 yet?? anyone know if they got them in yet???

I went in to look at the 08's they tried to make a deal on a silver w/ black interior with wood, heated/vented seats. they said sticker was 36000 for offered me 31000 without me even attempting to get them to lower the price.
they told me its under invoice. It also had 1,000 miles on it.
But the 09's were nice just wish i knew more about it and they didnt know about suspension.

Hmmm I don't know about the aftermarket lips for sure, but I would assume they wouldn't fit until they make new ones specifically for the 09. The ground effects (front lip only) part# for 2006-2008 MY IS is different than the part# for 09 MY IS so I can only assume other lips that fit on 06-08 will not work on the 09 =/

And there is no sign of ground effects from Lexus for the 09s ...other than the front lip for the X Package only.

that's the exact same predicament I'm in right now. the problem is that if I were to go with an 08 250, the one I want - black/black, 18's, HID, NO navi - just isn't out there. the closest I've come is black/black, HID, navi, and offered by said dealership that they'd put stock 18's on when the car gets here from outta state. but I don't wanna be charged a premium or get a worse deal cause they're "doing me a favor" by finding the car for me and trading with another dealership this late in the model's year. it kills me that this first shipment of 09 250's apparently weren't produced with HID's? damn. so what do you guys think? would appreciate some expert input from you all.
