guys i have a question..

i purchased a set of 18" wheels and they were balanced and everything at the store then shipped to me. THey came in the mail today... can i just go to any body shop and get em thrown on and im good? or will i need to do the balance and alignment when i get the wheels put on or the car will go every which way and be a problem for the car?

im newb to car stuff so sorry if this is obvious

Balancing is generally done off the car. In come cases it can be done on the car..but isn't very common.

Alignment is need if your old tires had funny wear patterns, the car pulls one side or another. Don't confuse vibration with alignment however. Vibration is wheel balance. If you old tires just wore out and didn't have any strange wear patterns. save your money
