but im afraid of GETTING cancer, not preventing it from getting worse.

Ide rather protect myself BEFORE, not after. That should be a loophole !

in california this is legit. in VA, i don't know. a cop could tell you to just wear some new 'tech' clothing with sunscreen built into it.

find a cop, know him/her, and have them sign off on your ticket. mine was only $10 for tint and no license plate after signing off.

I agree with you but to fake an illness just to get a waiver to allow darker tints is BS.

i think you mis-understand how i used pre-screening in this instance.

anyhow, having tint would prevent you from getting skin cancer. that's why california has that 'loophole' already.

In Illinois you have to get a doctor to official sign off for it, but we have a special liscense plate that adds "WT" to the end.

Fairfax (VA) Cops are big A-holes about tint in VA...my friend is a doctor and I was thinking about doing this as well but I didn't want my friend to get in trouble in some sort of way.
I've known three people in the past 8 months who have gotten pulled over for having illegal tint here.

WT stands for something else too.
