Default I need a little help with lighting

I need the elctrical drawings for the footwell lighting. What I want to do is stop them from dimming when you put the car in gear, I want them to stay bright. Can anyone help with this ?

The LPS setting for it, is just weather they are on or off, not if they dim or not

I think there is a setting on the tech's control systems that can keep them on instead of dim. It isnt in the brochure of the LPS.
