Default Smokey Mica Granite Paint Properties

I just got my first rock chip and I have a total of 3 scratches on the car...The rock chip has me freaking out since it is about 1 centimeter large and the car is barely 3 weeks old.
I can't even sleep cause my head is pounding with pain.

How can I get this fixed and how much is it going to cost me? Is the difference after treatment going to be noticable?

I am going to be getting the car clearbra'ed after I get this crap fixed.

I love and hate SGM. I leave my car outside and go to school in san jose so the sun beats down on it all the time. I have rock chips, scratches all over, water spots. I don't really have enough time to wash the car every week (i wash every 2 weeks) and when i do, it gets dirty in 2 days or so. I even have oxidation on the roof and the car is only 1 year old. I don't even know how I get these scratches because I always park in corners and away from people that give me door dings. I might just wait till I graduate and get the whole car repainted if it's even worth it. Does anybody else have any tips?

zinda if your scratch is just a cm big.. just use some touch up paint.. no one would notice, you shouldn't worry about the rock chips too much, you're not the only one who gets them and there's really nothing you can do about it.. the clear-bra solution is a good one.. better get to it fast though

Clear bra is something I did before I had driven the car 20 miles (and no freeways or highways), just so I wouldn't have something happen to the paint from flying rocks, etc. Get your rock chip professionally touched up/painted, then get a clear bra installed asap.

Do you have any idea how much it might cost me? I want to take care of this because right now I can't even look at the car.

Clear bra will probably run you $400 for a full kit, bumper, hood, headlights, front edge of the front fenders, door handle cups (can really help with the fingernail scratches!), the exterior mirror housing, door edges, etc. might as well ask them to do the top of the rear bumper by the trunk opening as well if you don't have the Lexus applique there.
