Bought a brand new 2007 IS350 with navigation no ML last summer for $39.8k (about 500 over invoice)...
IMO you should get a new one just three grand more...

I bought my 06 350 premium pkg with 35k for $22,500. If you're looking at 36 just get a new one, exactly how you want it, for a tiny bit more.

dude that is ridiculously expensive....DON'T DO IT. The way the economy is right now, you should be able to get that for 34 OTD considering it's not CPO (which makes me somewhat suspicious) and it also comes with 25kmiles 36k before TTL is absurd. If they had told me a price like that, I would have seriously walked out and they are obviously trying to rip you the hell off. Dude, I went through the same BS a couple of months ago buying my IS and just be persistent yet indifferent. Once they know you're dying to get the car, they'll be less flexible on the price b/c more than likely you're going to convince yourself that it's the best deal.

That price is pretty high, I got my used 2006 IS350 for $36k after tax, with all the options (Nav, ML, Body Kit), it was also certified and had 17k miles.

How did you guys get a new IS350 for less than $40k? Every single 2008 I saw was near $50k!
