Default 15k service... w..t...f.?

I called today lexus of kendall in miami to schedule a 15k service...

$315..... plus tax...

....wtf?

So i asked the guy what does that include.

I think he told me..
Replacing the oil, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter, checking all my joints, checking the brakes, checking the exhaust, checking the alignment, topping the fluids off... AND.. a carwash.

So... my question is...
I have an aftermarket joe-z intake and a HKS drop in filter.. I dont want them to replace my air filter... And my car is lowered on eibachs.

So as far as everything else, what do i need. for the 10k i just got an oil change.

What does everyone recomment, how much is the cabin filter?

Do the cabin filter yourself, like 10 minutes tops. Get an oil change and call it a day.

That's where dealerships make their money! High cost of labor for minimal work.

How often are we supposed to replace that air filter anyways?

With all of your mods, all that you need is an oil change.

The A/C filter is about $30, and you can do it in less than two minutes.

With all the charges that they have is the main reason how they make their profit and stay in business.

diff fluid?? at 15K....thats tooo early for that.

Oil change is all you need...

cabin filter is listed at 30k on in the manual. Its an inspect item at 15k
I'd just take the filter out...tap the dirt out and call it a day.

If you don't use the vent air-filter that often then there's really no need to change it. Oil change somewhere else and maybe rotate tires.
