Default OEM Spoiler Screws help

hi i jsu got my OEM spoiler in the mail and i jus notice there screws there :P

how can i get rid of those screws and jus tape the spoiler on ?
can i jus pull the screws out ? or do i have to use a saw and cut them ?

i just wiggle them out....and all u need is the tape that is on the spoiler...
