Is it like a Lexus decal? If it is then i say leave it. Everyone knows you drive a Lexus so you don't need to flaunt it even more by adding a banner.

hmm a big lexus banner on a lexus.. isnt it obvious enough that its a lexus? dont think you need it unless your driving a civic and you get the special mugen banner that adds 15hp =] OHH MAYBEE they have f-sport ones that make you faster hmmm...
