So I took it to the dealer today to fix my seat squeak with the TSIB and fix the cracking moldings on my windshield. Needless to say, they cracked my windshield..

Im pretty pissed off and they have me driving around with this crack and no molding on 1 side..





This is pics of the passenger side still on, the driver side cracking was more severe.

why didnt they give u a loaner? this is lexus man service!!! i'd complain, make sure its fixed and done right, and in the mean time try to rqst a loaner.

I'm 20 and cant get one. I'll be getting a loaner when they replace it sometime next week and will be stuck driving my moms toyota sienna lol while they fix it and she enjoys the loaner.
