I used to think the same way, but then it grew on me and now I think its one of the best kits for the 2IS, after the Vertex of course LOL
I don't know if this is Vertex, but I really like this. So far Wald has my vote

i always liked vertex designs because they are never wild and always compliment the car in subtle ways. I hope if they do make fenders, that it follows the same trend. I kinda want to stay with one brand for bodykits, don't get me wrong i'm not hating on the peeps who mix and match, i just liked the whole kit so for me to add Wald fenders could maybe throw off the rest of the kit. Any way just my $.02. But for what it's worth i think the wald fenders would be really nice, just tone it down a bit and maybe add a led strip in the gap so it lights up when you turn on the headlights

I promise this will be the 2nd time (for real) and the very very very very last time I bring it up again... (lol.. sorry).
Talking about growing love on this one huh ~~~ I had a crush on this while it was in design phase, and I actually called Wald Jap to find out detail and pics and knew their holding off prodution on the fenders.
For some reason I flushed this love into toilet when I saw the final production pics and verify with Wald Jap sales. I can't adjust the (1) optional cut-off then intall Home Depot grade mesh for the lower grill, (2) the fake side air inlet thing that needs extra paint labor to outstand the civic style skirt design, and (3) the rear gfx won't look good without its exhaust or the exhaust won't look good without because the rear gfx big curves and the way it tucks out. All these factors plus the (4) pair of unknow+hardcore fenders and the beamer rear deck... All sum up to make me say it is a ricey kit.
It took me a few sleepless days to come to this conclusion. I am wrong most of the time but it is my opinion only.
This is the last time I go over this, for sure!
