^^turtle wax chrome polish with some microfiber rag, but if you want that ultimate shine like when you first bought it. i recommend mother's metal billet polish. Chris from Glimmerglass used it on my tips and it does make a difference. turtle wax is the one i used before and its good but that mother's stuff is really good but a bit more expensive. i actually bought mother's so i will use that when my turtle wax is done. both are good and does the job. check ur local auto store as they should carry them.

I use a polish called Blue Magic. It takes all that grime and build up off and it gives it that shine. Works great

I just use some DP wheel glaze on it after wiping it down with some meguiar's quick wheel detailer. Can't beat $3/bottle at Big Lots.

im sure u can use the same one from the wheels but always check the back for what to use it on. sometimes it not meant for certain things. the turtle wax can be used on wheels or anything chrome or stainless steel i believe. i take a picture of the product once the sun comes out. i saw the blue magic one never used it but im sure all are good products. i'll do a comparison shot of the mother's on one tip and the turtle wax on the other.

What would work with what seems to be rubber melted on the exhaust? I went drag racing and from the burn outs there's debris all over the exhaust.

dam that is serious, i think u might need a brush and some liquids to brush it off. u might want to try the car care section to get some expert opinions.
