let me ask you something. why do most ppl get 22+ offset? i thought the lower the offset the more tucked in the wheel would look... and the higher the offset, the more it would stick out and line up with the fenders. maybe im wrong, can someone school me please
will i also have to do any fender mods with those offsets? planning on running 225/35/19 and 255/35/19

Easiest way to understand offsets its for you to google it and read it on wiki. So you can see diagrams and everything. If you wanna calculate offsets you can always use an offset calculator online.
usually for every inch you have +13 offsets. For example a 9.5 +22 wheel has the same offset as a 10.5 +35. But one wheel is one inch wider than the other, but the center of the wheel is the same distance from the outside in.
A set of TE 37s 8.5 and 9.5 +22 will have the same concaveness as a set of 9.5 and 10.5 +35, but the 9.5 and 10.5 will have more lip.
I hope that helps, but the simplest way to understand its really googling and looking at diagrams and using an offset calculator.
The wheels that i had for sale, the Progressive MEs are less aggressive than the ones that you just got. Even though they are 8.5 +29 and 10.5 +43.
Regarding fender mods you need to relocate the tabs from the front bumper and roll or shave your rears. Depending on how low you are you need to roll your fronts as well.
I have the same TE specs as you and i use 225/35/19 and 235/35/19 and i still rub. You most likely need a 255/30/19 on the rears.

complete opposite. the lower the offset the flush it would look.
