I would go with yellow HID right away before overlays. I replaced the oem bulbs with 55 watt yellow from Ebay (never go above 55 watt or harness will melt for sure and cost thousands), and it was not yellow at all. Then I applied the yellow protective overlay and it helped. I personally like the clear lens look and the HID will make it really appealing for the close to the same price as the 55w bulbs and overlay as HID kits have dropped to around $50-60 now.
As for the wheels, I would swap out asap (LOL)!

aznxtommy, I think I spotted you on Friday Oct 31st I was on I10 or 710 going to the Queen Mary, like around 6 - 8pm not sure, I saw a car just like yours with the same setup pulled up to the right of it and threw up a peace. Well if it was you I got to see your HID set up - up close, it looks nice!

Ahah! Tommy always works on my car, i was just there on the 30th getting my gfx lip installed. Hes like "man, Nick, I love what youve done with your car, all blacked out."
