Haha good story! I guess once you get the coils installed it would be more difficult to take them off and return them... Hope it works out for you.

Can't find a part number for Tein CS for IS 250, just IS 350. Will the IS 350 coilovers work, or is there too much of a weight difference between the 250 and 350, given the larger engine and rear differential?

Love your title and story . I have the tein cs for my 250 and i can't tell the difference. So I doubt your wife will notice either. I believe the parts are the same but contact tein or your shop to verify. Good luck!
