Tried again tonight.......car manual and phone manual in hand...after several attempts it paired and is now working fine. My phone book and speed dials remained intact from previous entry and worked. I can now drive and talk again

HTC/AT&T offer Windows Mobile upgrades of their products. What OLD products does Apple have in the cellular arena? Yeaaaahhh... ok then.

I can't wait to get my hands on Android. I purposefully pushing away the desire to download the src code onto my laptop because this is my last semester in school (no distractions!).

Those are not real customer service issues.

Customer service is when a button on your phone doesn't work unless you push hard enough. You go to the Apple store and they give you a new phone within 5 minutes. Try taking your HTC Touch to your mobile service store and see how fast you get a new one (if they even give you one).

They do not sell the Apple iPhone 1G anymore. Hence the 1G. Come on

FYI, I am not a Apple fanboy. This is my first Apple product. Based on my experience so far, my next computer will be an Apple.
