That's weird that you say the stock lug nuts don't fit. Cause they did for me without a problem and I used no hubcentric rings.
Today I put them on the car.. I had no problem with stock lug nuts on G35 wheel and used no hubcenteric rings.. I only put them in the rear and the front I need to get another 215-35-19 because before I had 215 series tires and they had lump on the sidewall..

odd. the lugnuts off my stock 2is rims didn't fit. and it wasn't because the tech and i weren't trying to get them to fit. they just didn't.
the hubcentric rings are just peace of mind. i would recommend them as peace of mind.
