i try to keep it under 1k every month so after 1 year, i hope to have less than 12k to keep the car lasting a while...

Almost at 15k, almost at one year.
11 months, 14,XXX miles.
Not too bad, I don't drive it everywhere, only places where I know there is good parking away from other cars and I can run out to check on it w/ ease. I'm too ****

Cars are meant to be driven. Got my IS two months ago and have about 2100 miles on it. Doesn't hurt that my work is only about 7 miles from my house.

My IS350 is one year and nine months old with 8600 kilometers (5400 miles). I am retired, so no comute.
