Installing HID is relatively easy and isn't supposed to cause condensation. The HID set usually comes with a rubber plug with a pack of wires which is attached to a hole that needs to be made in the headlight cover located under the hood. Probably the installers didn't attach it securely. So you just need to check the plug and maybe add some silicone gel to it and use a small heatgun to dry the inside of the headlight

just seal up the holes..
IE when you drilled the backing, did u leave open gap or did you cover it with the rubber round piece?? if not then get some black silicone or rubber or tape and cover up the holes / leaks n u wont have it

Search for past threads on condensation for non-hid equip mods. I found my issue with the harness twill. Also, in order to remove moisture, remove both the high and low beam dust covers and use a hair dryer for 10 minutes each side. This will allow the water state of the moisture to evaporate and escape through the adjacent cover. If you place the hairdryer in the high beam housing (remove bulb for best results), the moisture should escape through the low beam dust cover area (with both covers removed). Worked like a charm for me.
