Question regarding the F-sport intake filter...is it supposed to be oiled up first? Cause mine didn't come with any.
No no, do not put oil on the filter..you could potentially damage the MAF sensor. And in time when you need to clean it, make sure it air dries COMPLETELY before puttin' it back into the box.

No way dude..the charcoal filter is located in the back not too far from the gas tank. And that unit is SEALED so you wouldn't be able to see a filter like the one in the picture.

The picture that he is showing is part of the intake upper box and the filter is not replaceable. You have to replace the whole box to replace that filter. You obviously talking about the charcoal canister. I'm talking about charcoal filter. If you want that replaced it going to cost over $300.
^^Exactly correct. There is no need to replace the charcoal filter. If you ever have a problem with it you can get it replaced under the Federal Emissions Warranty anyway (first 70k miles).
