Default winter=headlight condensation?

i just got my car in the summer of 08...

now i have condensation in my headlights. not inside the projectors but on the outer part of the inside..

the only things i have installed were hid kit and parking lights. i have sprayed water all over my car to see if water will leak in but it doesnt.. then when i get home and check it hours later after its cold outside. my headlight gets foggy inside again. WTF?!

i know lexus wont help me because i have done "aftermarket pars" to the car. do you think that its a defect and they will cover it?

also the other day i installed 9005 highbeam bulbs and now the daytime light wont turn on and now the highbeams wont even work. when i tried to installed the oem bulbs back in.. no power source..

dam i really messed up my car
