it shouldn't be too hard to replace it..
try to do it yourself first,,
if you can't do it..then let us know..I'm pretty sure "someone" will be willing to help you out
or you can always come out to mini meet

no, but I picked it up this morning.. they tried to charge me 100 something bucks for it when I already got it quoted for much less over the phone.

I took a look at it.. looks easy.. just has two clips that snap on. I'll probably put it on tomorrow because I dropped my IS off to get her first free oil change

Anyway.. I ended up installing it myself but I couldn't put the top clip back on because I didn't have pliers to twist the clip back on, so I stopped by the dealer.. and the nice service people at crown lexus did it for me.

I know I'm late with this post, but you didn't have to replace a pillar really. I've had the same burn mark, and guys in a car interior workshop sorta 'patched' it with some spray (which sprays some grey fibers) exactly for such cases. Cost me 20$ and looks like new.

I need to replace both of my A-pillars because of burn marks. They are only $45?

You should try fixing it first. Did you read A/C 's post above?

I think it was 65.... Something like that. Don't let them rip you off.
Burn marks on both sides?? That's a whole lot of smoking! Well, good luck!
