One word of warning, be careful when removing the door panel. Make sure the 9 clips are detached before pulling the door panel. These clips can easily break, need a special tool to remove when broken and are not cheap!

The DIY looks professional. This looks very difficult to do. We should have a gather up to have this install together. Since many people from the Bay Area just got the new JDM mirrors.
