The long ones are the actual extension wires. Becareful though, 1 is longer than the other, so save the longer one for the passenger side. I didn't use those fuse thingys or the black connectors either.

Those long wires are the same ones you see in this thread being feed throughout the car with the hanger. The short wires contain fuses and it's not completely necessary to use them.
I've installed sets with and without the fuse the haven't had anyone come back to me a problem. If you want to be safe and use them, just connect one end of the fuse to the long (red) wire extention and use the other end to tap into the door sill wires of the car.

Every set I've installed came exactly as yours did.

My pleasure Kevin.
Blue for the mirror signal and yellow or white for tapping. When connecting the blue make sure you line up the red and black and the mirror wire should "snap" into the extention securely.
Electrical tape should only be used after you tap into the door sill wires unless you have clamps to connect two wires together.

I got stuck at this part:
Where is the hole? I looked everywhere but I couldn't find the hole. I am not supposed to use the original hole where all the wires run to right?
22. Now we want to run the new wire along with the existing wires thru the rubber hose. Poke the hanger thru the rubber hose from the left side, tape the wire to the hanger and pull it thru.

A hole for the new wire does not preexist. Ideally, you want use the original hole where all the existing wires run, but I did not see an easy way to that. Instead I created a hole by poking the hanger through the rubber part that will eventually be tucked back into the car.
