I purchased the Seibon Rear Spoiler (Carbon Fiber) for my 06 IS350 which had the optional Lexus spoiler on it and when they removed the original one they couldn't get the new one to cover the holes from the rivets on the trunk without the front raising up on it. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions from past experience would be helpful.

You will probably need some sanding and bondo. The trunk lid may need to be repainted unforetunately. I would get a body shop professional opinion. I have seen this happen before.
