Default Need help took my 07 is 250 in for repair and have another problem

I can't emphasize how frustrated I have been with the Lexus of Glen Cove NY, and now Lexus of Rockville centre, there service dept is in total disarray but thats for another topic. I recently brought my car in because i heard a rattle under my car, rattling in the dashboard, and because every time i made a right hand turn a warning light would come on stating the left rear door is open. Lexus did the following work:

Right front strut and upper support replaced because it was no good.

Short circuit in left rear door courtesy light and left rear door pin switch was defective.

Rattling in dash board they insulated the instrument panel defroster nozzle and installed new clips.

NOWWWWWWWWWWW, I'm driving home today on the parkway, I go around a driver in front of me, and as i tilt the steering to the left, it felt as if the tire locked up in the left turn position almost causing me to go into the divider. I figured well, maybe its the rain, but as i drove home i noticed if I am driving over 40mph the steering becomes very very stiff especially when turning left it almost feels like a bunch of rubber bands tied around the steering column. I am wondering if they screwed around with the power steering. Any thoughts?
