Roberto are those thing plug-n-play with pre-09 models? if so, I might just buy those ... I like them more than my LED jejeje specially if I can get the ones that move when on reverse...

I am actually not a fan of the carbon fiber so I am getting my chrome plated over. (Well for now it's actually my wifes shift ****) But Yea I feel ya. I had at one point carbon wrap in my interior and ended up removing it

I thought the 09' mirrors aren't plug and play for earlier model IS's. Keep us posted.

They are not, Sewell currently doesn't offer any sort of adapter harness. Splicing of wires will be needed but it definitely can be done.
