It's very easy to swap Bob. Just remove bezel by un-screwing 2 top plastic screws, unscrew 2 bottom screws holding cluster in place(located behind steering column) and unplug two wires. Then reverse the process.

I received these in the mail a little over a week ago. I know everyone says to go low before performance, but with winter coming, I chose to not open up my own snow plow service. I just degreased and polished the Greddy, ready for some sealant (hopefully BF will hold up to the excessive heat of the mufflers). I can't wait to install these on my 350. If they sound anything like my Greddy SP on my MR2, I'll be very pleased.
