I'm having the same problem with my HID kit ordered from Xenon Depot. Passenger side will randomly turn off, and I have to turn the HID's off/back on to get it to work.

Anyone that has the 6000k D4S bulbs.....could you please post a picture at night showing how much light output you guys are getting. We just got a new car (C300) and the light output is crazy! I'm guessing it is 4300k in the C300 but even when I had the stock D4S bulbs in the IS it didn't seem this bright (but I could be wrong since it was a long time ago and unfortunately don't have my stock bulbs left to compare). I feel like my Xenon Depot D4S bulbs are not bright at all or I need to raise the headlights more.
Thanks
Thanks

I had a problem the first week with the 2nd batch of 8000k which drove me nutz but the customer service was awesome took a lil while for the 3rd batch to come in and some other problems in which they only had 6000k instead of 8000k but in the end im not complaining so far i havent seen any problem with my bulbs yet but ill post about it if it does.

I had the same problem where the driver side light would always go out. The I switched the bulbs around and the same thing happened on the drivers side bulb again.
Seems like it may just be the IS not giving the right output on the driers side or something. Xenon Depot replaced my bulbs but it was winter time out here in Wisconsin.
So I just put in the stock HID's and everything has been fine ever since. I'll be in Cali soon so I'll try the replacement bulbs then.

Using a different bulb won't change the amount of output on the road. In fact, using anything bluer than the original stock bulb 4300k will result in less usable light on the road and decrease the amount of light. Our eyes are more sensitive to blue light, so we may imagine that they are brighter, but I assure you that they are not.
If the headlights are aimed incorrectly the output will look very short. If the bulbs don't fit in the projector exactly the way it's supposed to fit (ie. at an angle) the output will significantly decrease as well. Other than that, the IS250/350 HID projector itself does not utilize an optimal design, and is thus restricted in width and output when compared to other HID projectors
