^The same reason they make so many different flavors of the TE37... Rays makes a LOT of similarly designed wheels that are sold under different brands.

They look to be similar in pricing but geared more European vehicles IE BMW, AUDI, etc.

They even offered these in Matt Black, since you are going with all black wheel.
