Hello Everyone!
I'm a new member on the forum and after doing some research with the DIY guides found I still had a couple of questions. Hopefully some of you will be able to help:
1) In one of the DIY guides it describes what to do if you're IS came with halogen lights rather that the HID's and the correct installation of the HID KIT. However, I already have the HID stock and was wondering if you still had to remove the airbox as well as the window washer fluid tube just to change the bulbs out (Muzzman great job on the conversion btw).
2) In the Foglight installation for a HID KIT it describes a good place to put the ballast which is behind the bumper support. There's a foam "shock absorber" I guess you could call it that is in some pictures and is off in others that covers said bumper support beam. Is there a proper way to take this off? that is to say is it bolted on?
thanks for your help!

1. you have to take it out.. you will no way have enough space to squeeze your hand in..
but the washer fluid tube can be left there if i'm not mistaken.. but it's better to take it out.. makes life much easier
2. yes you can zip tie the ballast to the front bumper support beam... i don't think it is that easily taken off.. so yeah..
