Default Formal intro to Alex and Me

Hey everyone!

I've been hanging around for a while in the forums, but never posted a single pic of my car (not worth it!) since pretty much last month I started modding. By no means I'm a professional photographer and, yes, I know, these are crappy small pics, but it was just for quick reference.

I got Alex back in April, used with 29.000 miles. It now has 42k! Stock and really well taken care of, the time has come to start spoiling my baby.

For now is just F-Sport springs and redouts. Springs should be pretty much settled since they were installed a month ago. I already got a sweet deal from djkhanvict and his Fabulous front lip, so that will come soon. 20" Vossen wheels, JDM visors, OEM GFX back, tints and Xenons should be done early next year. Black pearl emblems and other small things here and there would wrap it up for a nice daily driver.

Hope to hang around in future So. FL meetings and meet everyone!

Very slick. I think the best mod setup is the stock rims with the F-springs. Looks so clean, subtle, and sporty! Like how the factory should have or could have done it.

Thanks everyone for the comments and warm welcome!

I agree that the lowering with the F-Sport Springs is nowhere near extreme (as with coilovers) but I really like it a lot and looking forward to getting my wheels to see how will it turn out!

Even with stock struts it feels nice. I'm not a big fan of upgrading only the springs, but I was confident on Lexus' word of being able to use them with the stock shocks. Of course, you can feel the difference than with the OEM springs. The steering has an amazing feeling now and there's noticeable change in ride quality (I like it better now, personally) since road bumps and any other little things out there are perceived more. It makes the car sportier overall.

Again, thanks for the comments! I'll try to keep this thread updated with pics as mods go in the car!
