does anyone know how to replace the outside door pillar? it's the black glossy one in between your windows... the dealer is charging way too much. if i have an outside shop do it will it void my warranty?

Yes, I too would like to know. I think my car was repo'ed from previous owner and they used something to pry open the driver door, thus leaving marks on the rear door B pillar.
Just ordered a replacement part for Sewell but have no idea how it replace it.

Are they $30 per? Or $30 for a set? Link to Sewell site?
When they tinted my windows, the guys knife cut into a few of mine a bit. I thought they would be a pain in the *** to change out though.

You would get the one which you need, unless you want to replace all four. In the diagram, they are 75755C, 757556, 75761A, 75762A.

Not to bad I guess. Thanks for the link. I looked for them a week or so ago, and got lost in all the different diagrams.
Anyone yanked theirs off yet? Looks very easy to put a new one on. I just hate using a ton of force ripping something off.

The AVS visors I had before left small horizontal scuff lines on the glossy black door moldings when I took them off. Some 1000 to 2000 grit sandpaper wetsanded, and some Novus plastic polish made them look like new again. Maybe try that before replacing them.
