Carson Toyota
I wanted to let everyone know how Carson Toyota helped me out.
Last year 2007 in December I purchased a set of low dusting front brake pads for my IS250 I just bought. When they came I put them in a cabinet in my garage thinking I would change the pads in the next couple of weeks. Well they ended up sitting in the cabinet for almost a year.
During the Thanksgiving holiday this year I decided to finally change out the pads. I guess I got use to the dust. So I jack up the car, get the wheel off, and it ends up they were the wrong pads. I ordered pads for a 350 instead of a 250.
So I call up Carson to discuss and I’ll be damned if they didn’t take them back after 11 months! I did have the original packaging and paperwork, and they were in good condition. I talked to Gordon there and he said no problem, I sent them the 350 pads back and he sent me the correct pads.
I just thought it was really great for them to do that after so much time went by and I wanted to let everyone know.

Their above & beyond Customer Service is Fantastic!!
Whether its a set of OEM rotors for a Toyota Avalon or rare Lexus Parts/Accessories from Japan..
