I was in the same predicament. I went to the Lexus body shop to see about getting the front bracket primed and painted to match the body color and it was gonna cost around $300, so I bought some white exterior spray paint and painted it myself. I went really slow with the coats letting it dry over night on each coat and roughing it up with very fine sandpaper between each coat so it would stick. It looks very nice.

I had even done research to find a bracket to fit in the tow hook hole, like I had done on my MINI Cooper, but for some reason, no one had bothered to engineer one for a Lexus. Good Luck. Let us hear what you decide to do.
