Orange/Red Rings Around the Speedometer/Tachometer
I did a search and found nothing. What exactly is the purpose of the illuminated ring around the speedo and tach? I am not a current owner but I do remember seeing the tach one light up when I was test driving a IS 250 using the paddle shifters. Thanks

Press the arrows untill it says TACH... i forget what it says but it says tach something and the press the middle button and then use the arrows to set your RPM. Same with the speed.
Sorry im not a very good explainer.

Keep in mind the speedo turns red at 100 mph no matter what. It's kind of handy letting you know if you see the police with the red showing, you're likely going to jail.

I set my orange ring to 65 exact so I know when I am going over the limit, I rarely do but its a nice reminder there for when you hit a high police presence zone, you can scan for cops without taking your attention to read the speed\.
