Yes you can - I'm running these exact sensors in a September '05 build date IS350. If your IS was manufactured prior to April 2006, you can run both the pre- and post-April 2006 sensors in your car. I haven't verified if they post-April 2006 cars can run the pre-April 2006 sensors.

Did you have to do anything special? I've called Lexus dealerships and looked online parts stores for these TPMS and they keep saying these won't work on pre April 2006 IS350.
