I've got is250 awd and I use to ride on snow mode, even if there isn't snow because I can make more miles per galon... and here is my question - Everything gonna be ok with my is (gear box, etc.) if I ride on this mode ?

Sure, all snow mode does is limit the throttle and RPM. Though IMO getting that extra 1MPG per tank isn't worth driving a Lexus thats been reduced to a luxury Yugo with 80hp. But hey, to each their own.

I don't think you can save that much "miles" on Snow Mode.
The prius still get more gas mileages & drive faster than your IS on Snow Mode
But you can save more "miles" by reducing uneccessary weights.

I wonder if because of f-sport intake (insted of stock one) I'll make less miles per galon.... hmm
In my is awd computer shows that I make round 16 MPG... what about yours ?

Don't rely too much on the computer mileages reading. I trust the computer when i'm on the freeway.
But the combine over mileages vary depend on how long you idles your car(traffic) gas peddle. Going down hill vs up hills. etc.

a 350 in snow mode does really well in the snow...
I used it the other day when we had some so-so snow fall here in NY
about 2-3 inches...but had some ice also..
snow mode actually did well in limiting the throttle in a way that the rear drive rarely slipped around ....mine is on a set of goodyear F1 allseasons...and it did pretty well in snow mode...
I normal mode I was ok also but it took more of me adjusting my throttle input to prevent the slipping and trac cont. kickin in...in snow mode I just pressed the pedal and went...
but yeah it takes a lot outta the 350 as far as that "get up and go" hit the gas and be gone feeling out of it big time...

With regard to gas mileage, though, I just leave it in normal where my right foot dictates the mpg.
