Tchan,

First, I will do ALL the necessary adjustments when I have my headlights on my car without the headlight lense and chrome covering. After finalizing the height, pattern, and rotation, i will then take the headlight off my car and attempt to fit and seal the headlight back together.

I have done some mathwork and homework to give me a decent degree of certain that the headlight lense and chrome covering will not touch the projector, or at least will not affect my final adjustments. I hope my calculations turn out correct though.

So yeah I did a bit of homework on that area! Thank you sir for the lookout.

Thank you. So flattering

These are better thank the S2k's in terms of intensity, color cutoff, output, and maybe width from my experience. Make sure the RX's have the projector; RX330, RX350, RX400 BUT NOT THE RX300= no projector.

Yes I will be using the OEM bulb and ballast. Its so much easier and convenient that way. I am using the AFS RX projectors; I forgot to mention.

More than a couple of hours. Try going for weeks learning and reading for hours, I mean, hours at a time; maybe like 4 hours at a time to study and gain confidence to do it. I have been on my project for about 2 months now. Its taking this long also because I am waiting for more parts to come in to finish this retro. I think if I had EVERY SINGLE thing (parts and tools), this retro would take me 6 or 7 hours.

PICS are oem 4300k

Crappy as they are, here are some pictures of a black headlight assembly. This headlight is really messy; im sorry for that. That's why I am getting another left side in better condition.

I will most most most likely not put the black housing on. I liked it at first, but I think it cheapens the look of my MRM IS... iono. I tried putting up the black housing up to the headlight on my car to get the jist of what it can look like with them. I was not pleased so I am going to stick with the orginal chrome. I done that one black out just to see how it looks. I mean is okay but its just not my cup of tea

I agree with you about the blacked out housing.

looks good on a black car but for some odd reason, I just don't like it on any of the colored 2IS's

it makes our cars look and feel cheaper.

Just our opinions. I'm not hatin on any of you guys

I wonder how things would look if you got a nice set of Garax 6000k bulbs like iSuxel

Oh and if you do go ahead with the fog light projector retro fit, what projector/bulb would you go with?

I'm hoping you choose something that'll take D2C so it would be possible to use 3000k D2c bulbs
