PM sent. No TSBs have been performed on this car.

Default Service Campaigns Now Available on Lexus.com

Affected vehicles are now identified on the Lexus.com Owner's section. Once you are logged in it will have a link next to your VIN number that says "Service Campaign Available". Click the link and it will list which of the campaigns your vehicle is affected by. Mine is affected by all 3. 06 IS350

Checked the owners site and it says the following:

CERTAIN 2006 - 2007 GS, 2006 - 2008 IS AND 2007 - 2008 LS VEHICLES, REPLACEMENT OF FUEL DELIVERY PIPES (FUEL RAILS)

Guess I'll go and make my appointment...

My car was produced in 06/06 and it does fall into that VIN range. Crap! I will have to call stealer and see. I just got back from a round of rattles/TSIBs and do not want to take it in again

Anybody seeing the 9LC one showing up?

Mine doesn't fall in the range for the SSC7LC one, but it does fall in the one Lance posted for the SSC9LC.... but the owners site says no service campaigns for my vehicle... so that puts me in the clear? (odd given mines is a very early 08)

Thanks for the update. I checked it the other day, and the only thing on there was the original fuel pipe.

unfortunately, I went on today, and now (like you) HAVE ALL THREE

Great......... Unlike other lexus dealerships, service at my local dealer isn't the easiest thing in the world

Kurtz, here's what all 3 look like, as well as the original fuel pipe recall:

CERTAIN 2006 - 2007 GS, IS AND RX400H VEHICLES, ELECTRIC POWER STEERING LINK (EPS) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
Campaign Code: 9LC
Campaign Memo
This is an important Special Service Campaign. Please contact your authorized Lexus dealer to make an appointment to replace the electric power steering link (EPS) assembly as soon as possible.

CERTAIN 2006 - 2008 GS AND IS VEHICLES, REAR BRAKE CALIPER INSPECTION
Campaign Code: 9LB
Campaign Memo
This is an important Service Campaign. Please contact your authorized Lexus dealer to make an appointment to inspect and lubricate the rear caliper slide pins as soon as possible.

CERTAIN 2006 - 2007 GS, 2006 - 2008 IS AND 2007 - 2008 LS VEHICLES, REPLACEMENT OF FUEL DELIVERY PIPES (FUEL RAILS)
Campaign Code: 9LA
Campaign Memo
This is an important Safety Recall. Please contact your authorized Lexus dealer to make an appointment to replace the fuel delivery pipes as soon as possible.

2006 MY LEXUS IS 250/350 AND GS 300 FUEL PIPE REPLACEMENT
Campaign Code: 7LC
Campaign Memo
Please contact your authorized Lexus dealer to make an appointment to replace the two involved fuel pipes with newly designed ones as soon as possible.

And in case anyone is interested in knowing the different types of "campaigns"

Safety Recall Campaign
In accordance with the requirements of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act, when Lexus has determined that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists in your vehicle, a Safety Recall Campaign is launched. The specified inspection and/or repair will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.

Special Service Campaign
A Special Service Campaign is the Lexus owner notification program to inform customers about specific product or technical issues which require inspection and/or repair. These issues are typically customer satisfaction issues. The described service will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.

Limited Service Campaign
Limited Service Campaigns typically have an expiration date and we request customers to take advantage of this service prior to that date. The described inspection and/or repair will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner provided the Limited Service Campaign is not expired. Please note that expired Limited Service Campaigns are not displayed using this search engine.

So, the question is.....

Is the fuel delivery pipe in 9LA different than the OLD fuel pipe replacement in 7LC (which I obviously haven't had done yet)

My car's VIN did not fall in the range of the list of VIN ranges and it requires it to be replaced, so make sure you check it with lexus.

Well I checked mine today and I need the Fuel Rails replaced (9LA), I made my appointment for nexrt Friday (the 30th). I will let you know how it goes after I get it done. Also my Dealership (Lexus of Orlando) told me I get a complimentary tank of gas, so make sure I don't fill up. I thought that was nice.

Recalled for A and B here.

PS:

I just called, my dealer denied my service recall due to the fact that I don't smell a fuel leak on my vehicle.
