Hey guys, I've been reading over here for a couple of weeks and the support for the ISx50 is so much greater than what I found over at my.is which has great support for the IS300 that I'm jumping ship.
Long story short, I had my IS300 for about 2 years before I found out that for all the things she is good at, pushing sentra's isnt one of them (at fault accident). I have included some pics of the IS3 and a couple of the recently purchased 06 IS350 (nav/leather/premium/NO ML). Only thing I didnt care for about the purchased is that I had a 53k mile care and now I have a 63k mile car. Without further here are some pics.
IS300 When purchased:

IS300 Death, just hard enough to cause the motor to skip timing....

IS350 - low quality shots, got a new camera and Im still learning how to get the most out of it. Its a higher end extended zoom, I am too much of an amatuer to get the most out of a D-SLR.

Welcome to CL. You had a pretty sweet ride with the IS300. What mods did you have on it?
Sorry to hear about the accident. Just curious, was the cause of the accident "street racing"?
Do you have extensive plans for your 350?
D-SLR is a nice camera, take some better pics... practice makes perfect. haha

Yes, the IS3 rims were painted. Took a while to do and the taping process sucked but the result was visually what I was looking for at a time when I couldnt afford to do more.
I'm planning on doing more with the 350. The OEM two piece lower dam has some damage so I am looking for the OEM GFX front to get that started. I am also researching on springs/coilovers. I like the way the OEM set up feels on bumps but I am highly displeased on the the rear end roll during aggressive cornering. It could just be the lack of a LSD that I took for granted in the IS300. I am thinking about going with 18x8/18x10 axis widetracks with a smoked/charcoal or black face with the lip. I know that the car can support larger rims but Im also taking wheel weight and 18's offer a better blend of style for the weight.
But Im rambling.
Yes on Ground effects, roof spoiler.
definate on drop, unsure of which way to take it. Not slamming the car.
Wheels under consideration, but tires are fresh so its not a priority
Looking into lighting mods. I really liked the fog mod on the is300. I may end up seeing what kinds of PITA it is to work out something for the x50. Im assuming its more involved since nobody seems to have it.
Goal is a clean car that looks stock plus, clean enough to be factory to a lay person, modded enough to be obvious to the rest of us.

The camera is an extended zoom, not a D-SLR. Its a Sony DSC H50. Like I said, its not the camera at this point its definately the user!!
