Default Removing Front Liscence Plate. Need aesthetic help.

Hey guys. I have this annoying front licence plate in the front and I want to completely remove it. Would it be somewhat legal for me to do that?

Another questions is, what are some alternatives in trying to hide the annoying 2 holes where the screws go in and out?

Here are some pics how it looks like without the license plate.

Haha what's up dude. Yes it is technically illegal to drive without front license plate but as you can see it looks better too =P. I used to have those holes until I got a new bumper but I covered it up with some plugs ($1) that I bought at OSH on Valley and New then got myself touch up paint from lexus (~$15). Another alternative is to bondo it up, which is I dont know how much.

ah I see. Wow thank you so much for introducing me to this forum. Never knew there were forums like this for the IS350.

Would there be a high chance for getting pulled over for having no liscence plate on a daily basis? or is it just up to the cop's mood to?

As of plugs from OSH, if I ask them (hi can you show me where I can get front liscence plate hole covers?) Would they know what I would be talking about?

Some pictures on how these might look like would be nice

Haha no problem dude. You'll find loads of information in this forum, helpful people.

The chances of getting pulled over because of no lic plate depends on your car and how you drive it. I am not sure how cops handle F Sport exhaust. I don't think you had tints, do you? That raises the chances. I live in SG and the cops around here are pretty chill, there are a bunch of times where I was facing the cop head to head and when I made a left, they didn't care. Then again, my car is pretty much stock.

What my car used to look like with those plugs

When you go to OSH, ask for "hole plugs". Looks kinda like this

WOW that looks really good!. Yeah. I am definitely going to buy these hole plugs. Wow I am amazed. Thanks so much for the photo too.

As of dealing with cops... My exhaust is not loud at all. And for window tints, they are all tinted =P but... they barely have the shading effect. I got them in order to block UV rays. I don't like cracky leather and vinyls in the interior =).

Hey hartawan, we should someday care the interior and exterior some time when we have some time in our hands . (aka do our own carwash, leather care, vynil care, window care, vacumm and etc )
