I wouldn't say that the "I agree" screen is gone, it just automatically goes away after several seconds...
It's more accurate to say that you no longer have the option to press "I agree" and make the screen go away... Instead, the same warning/disclaimer screen still pops up everytime you turn on the car and go to the navigation functions, only now it goes away automatically after a full 5 seconds... So even if you want to press "I agree", you can't, you need to wait a few seconds for it to go away...
PS - Not trying to split hairs here, but just want to be clear on this... Personally, I prefer pressing "I agree" and having the screen go away instantly instead of having to sit there and wait 5 seconds...

so that's why when people praise over the i agree button gone, i don't see it as that much of a benefit. coz' a lot of times when i need the nav, i jump in the car, start it, and i want to put in destination. but that means i have to press the MAP button right the way otherwise wait 5 seconds. so it makes no difference to me
fwiw, bmw and mb, both the same, you have to wait a short while or press a button to go to map right the way
