make sure to hand tighten the wheel on perfectly centered so that the lugnuts can tighten all the way down.

the reason it comes loose is because after some driving the wheel shifts and since the holes are tapered, it is no longer tight.

make sure to use a torque wrench at 75-80 ft/lbs and itll make sure that you have it completely centered because at that tightness, itll center itself even if you didnt.

make sense?

im pretty sure i put the wheel on straight and everything. and i used a torque wrench. not sure if i put 75-80ft/lbs. but i made sure it was on hecka tight.
but yea, i see what you mean. i'll try it again and see if i still have the same problem.

thanks

I have a set of the Ichiba 20mm spacers for the rear of my ES300 but I have IS rims on my car. I couldnt use the hubcentric rings on my car because on the IS rims the hole is smaller....I havent had any issues but what I did was stick the hubcentric ring inside the spacer and then tighten everything up, then remove the center ring and put the IS rim on the car. So far no issues...
I tightened the spacers to 85ft. lbs

The hub ring has nothing to do with the bolt being loose. Don't drive with it; remove the spacers. It is likely defective or that you got the wrong bolts/nuts.
