HELP!! problems with ichiba spacers ver.2
i recently got ichiba spacers, 15mm F and 20mm R.
they look great!!
but im having problems with my front spacers. i put them on flush and straight, screwed them on really tight. but while i'm driving, it makes noise. like a duh, duh, duh, duh sound (sorry the attempt to make the sound) HAHAH i wish i had a sound clip.
then i would fix it by removing the spacers and putting them on again. it would be fine for about 20-30 minutes. then theres is a big PLUNK sound. when i take of my spacers, the screws are already loose. i dont know whats wrong.
but yea, if anyone has a solution or anything, please help.
can the spacers be used with out the hub centric ring? would that be bad?
thanks in advanced
UPDATE
here are pictures of how the hub centric is scratched
this is the one on the driver side (the side that gave me the most problems)
this is the passenger side (just a minor scratch)
this is how my nuts look
here is the 15mm
my did not have a weird pattern on the nuts nor did it come with that special nut they were talking about on the ichiba website

im not lowered...yet. but i checked for rubbing, just in case it might be. but there is NO rubbing.
oh, ok. then i wont take them off.
and whats werid it that even if the screws are in tight, it would make the noise once in a while. but as soon as it goes PLUNK, then most of the screws come loose. and this only happens to the fronts, mostly driver side.
i didnt think it was anything bad so i just kept driving on it for a little bit. but people would look at my car with a look, thinking theres something broken on my car. so i just took them off.
does anyone know where i can just buy a new set of hub centric rings??
i took a look at mine and it was somewhat scratched. i'll take pics in the morning and post them later today.
thanks

Let me make sure I've got this right: You install the spacers, put the wheel on, and after 30 minutes of driving, you hear the noise and find that the bolts are loose when you take off the wheel?
Are these brand new spacers? Have you looked at the bolts themselves to make sure that none of the threads are stripped? Did the spacers come with any torque specifications?

maybe they sent you the wrong nuts. I noticed that the nuts were different between my 15mm and 20mm version 2. so maybe they, by mistake sent you the same nuts for both. the 20mm nuts are wider and bigger and might not fit perfectly into the smaller ones. thats why its comming loose after 20 minutes of driving.
If its not that, then talk to ichiba and see what they say. maybe it ha happened before

The bolts should never come loose. I had my spacers on for 8 months and when I went to take them off the bolts were very tight. Are you sure you have the right spacers for your vehicle? There are different types/sizes of threads... if you have an incorrect one it might cause them to come loose.
Search the following phrase on ebay and you'll find the spacers that I use on my IS350. BTW, this seller is great. He ships fast and when I stripped couple of lug nuts and an adapter he sent me replacements for a very low price.
