Experts what you think I should do? I did read up on some of the egging doing anything by hand and such so I would much rather get your thoughts on where I should take it and what I work should be done on the hood...

Stop being an a** to kids...just kidding. Kids get bored and do stupid things. They don't realize the effect nor the consequences of their actions. I work with kids all day long and witness it on a daily basis.
Hope it all comes off with minimal or no damage to the clear coat and paint.

There is no detail work that can be done to fix this. One of my previous cars got egged and had marks similar to yours on the rear of the car. I went over it with a orbital and a rotary buffer all to no avail. If you want to repair it, a repaint will be in order. Hopefully its confined to 1 body panel.
