Cool. I am going to give this a shot. Where can I buy the LEDs? Also do they dim with the Dimmer?

What does everyone think about Amber? LOL

On both sides of the steering wheel there is a torx screw( If I remember right I think its a size T15). Loosing both sides and the middle of the steering wheel will come off. Everything stays connected, just flip it on top of the back of the steering wheel. Then where the controls are there is a phillips screw, uncrew it and unplug the wires from the back of the controls, then they are free to mod.(PLCC-2.) Start button just pops out. Use a little force with it..

Yes they still dim. Most of my lights I get through oznium.com and the 603's from garage1217.com

Does start button pop off or does the plastic around it pop off as well? What did you use to pop it off? I tried to force it through the ECT button.

The start button uses 3mm led.. I unsoldered the led, then solder legs on the plcc-2 led and soldered it on to the board. Pretty simple.

The top black piece slides off. Then you have to unsolder the 2 legs at the top holding the board in the housing.

I saw a DIY on the steering wheel buttons for the Camry on Toyota Nation. Same concept and instructions as an IS.

Start button size? And how did you pop it off? I took the chrom part off, but had trouble with the rest.
