Default DVD bypass thingy

I have heard of folks being able to bypass the circuitry in the DVD/NAV so that you can view a DVD when the car is being driven.

Has anyone done that and if so, is it easy and does it work well? I see people selling the "instructions" on Ebay.

Thanks.

Type in nav hack or nav override in search and you'll have your answers.

He states he has a 2008 250 so the up down side to side way will not work. The only way is to snip the wires, or buy the module with the tv/nav.

I tried doing a search first but didn't get the right set of words to give me the results I needed.

I try again, thanks.

As I mentioned, I tried the search feature but without the correct combination of words I got zillions of results. I have now searched using the word combo provided and got great results.

I understand the importance of using the search feature first which is why I tried it first.

Thank you.
