Does anyone know how to take this thing off?

So I had these mazzuri headers on for a while now with a CEL because the sim I got was a bit defective. It got rid of the code for the O2 sensors, but threw a different code regarding the ECM. After a while, I figured I should just take off the sim and try some antifoulers to get rid of the O2 sensor code....... but I don't know how to take off the sensors. It's the second pair of sensors/relay right after the first set of cats where the headers end.

I have an O2 sensor socket barely clears the underbody, but I think it's usable. What I really need is to know where that wire goes to to disconnect it before taking off the sensor. It should be somewhere under the carpet of the foot well, but I don't know how to get to that... Anyone have any idea?
Or if you can provide another solution to the CEL, that'd be even better.

I wanted to try and not cut the shield thing, but I will if needed. There's also the problem with the wires, cause unscrewing the sensor will twist the wire around, and I'm not sure if it'll get messed up if it twists too much.
The headers feel great. Big difference compared to stock. Power isn't felt much since I don't really wind it up that high and the 250 doesn't have much power to begin with, but it's definitely more torquier throughout the whole powerband(really only 2500+rpm). I think daniel dyno'ed it on a stock 08 250 and it had something around +20hp and +20ft/lbs gains.
